Refund & Cancellation Policy

A cancellation will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances. However, you can reschedule your appointment if you do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, a $50.00 rescheduling fee will apply. Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will require you to pay for a new test.
