Frequently Asked Questions
What types of DNA testing do you offer?
We provide paternity, maternity, sibling, grandparent, immigration, postmortem, and select health-related DNA tests.
How does mobile DNA testing work?
Our professionals come to your preferred location to collect samples, which are then securely sent to an accredited lab. The process is quick, private, and hassle-free.
Are your tests legally admissible in court?
Yes. We offer legal DNA testing with full chain-of-custody documentation, accepted in court for matters like custody, immigration, and inheritance.
Who can authorize testing, and how is consent handled?
All tested individuals (or their legal guardians if minors) must give consent. For postmortem testing, authorization is required from a legal next of kin or estate representative.
What is your cancellation or refund policy?
Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Please note that all sales are final and non-refundable.
How accurate and confidential are your tests?
Our tests are highly accurate—paternity results are typically 99.9% accurate—and all personal information is handled with strict confidentiality and security protocols.
How long does it take to get results?
Results are usually available within 3–7 business days depending on the type of test. Postmortem and prenatal tests may take longer.
How much does a DNA test cost?
Pricing starts at $295 for non-legal tests and $475 for legal tests. Postmortem testing starts at $995. Additional fees may apply for mobile collection or rush results.
How will I receive my results?
Results are delivered via secure email or mail. For privacy reasons, we do not release results over the phone.
