The Service

About Mobile DNA Testing.

What is mobile DNA testing?
Instead of going to a clinic or lab, we come to you. A trained specialist arrives at your preferred location — home, office, or another private setting — to collect samples. Everything else, from laboratory processing to results delivery, is handled by us.
Where do you collect?
At your preferred location — your home, a law office, a medical practice, or another private setting. We do not operate a shared collection center or walk-in clinic. Every appointment is private and conducted at a location of your choosing.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Greater Los Angeles and surrounding areas in Southern California, and Greater Las Vegas and surrounding areas in Nevada. Contact us to confirm availability for your specific location.
How do I get started?
Call us at (833) 326-9846 or use the contact form on our website. Every appointment begins with a consultation — we confirm the right test for your situation before anything is scheduled.
What DNA tests do you offer?
We coordinate legal paternity testing, peace-of-mind paternity testing, prenatal paternity testing (NIPT), DNA profile testing, maternity testing, siblingship testing, grandparentage testing, and postmortem DNA testing.
Who processes the samples?
All samples are processed through our laboratory partner holding both AABB and CAP accreditation — the recognized standards for legal and clinical DNA analysis in the United States.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. All personal information is handled in accordance with our privacy policy and is never shared with any third party without your written authorization. Results are never released by phone.
Do you work with attorneys and medical professionals?
Yes. We work directly with family law attorneys, OB-GYN practices, and funeral homes. Each professional audience has a dedicated page on our website with specific referral information.
Legal vs. Personal Knowledge

Understanding the Difference.

What is the difference between legal and peace-of-mind testing?
Legal testing follows strict chain-of-custody protocols — identity verification, witnessed collection, and documented chain of custody — producing results that are court-admissible. Peace-of-mind testing uses the same laboratory accuracy but without those protocols, making results for personal knowledge only and not court-admissible.
How do I know which one I need?
If there is any possibility the results will be used in a legal proceeding — custody, child support, estate, immigration — choose legal testing. If results are for personal knowledge only and no legal matter is involved or anticipated, peace-of-mind testing is appropriate. When in doubt, call us.
Can I upgrade from peace-of-mind to legal testing after collection?
No. The collection process determines legal admissibility. Once samples are collected without chain-of-custody protocols, the results cannot be converted. Choose legal testing from the start if there is any chance you may need it.
What is chain of custody?
Chain of custody is the documented record that tracks a sample from the moment of collection through laboratory receipt. It includes identity verification, witnessed collection, sealed and labeled samples, and documented transfer at every point. This documentation is what makes DNA results legally defensible in court.
Are legal results accepted in California and Nevada courts?
Yes. All legal testing follows AABB-compliant chain-of-custody protocols and is processed through an accredited laboratory. Results are accepted in family law, probate, and immigration proceedings in California, Nevada, and federally.
What ID is required for legal testing?
Valid government-issued photo identification is required for all adult parties at the time of collection. For minors, a birth certificate is required along with identification from the legal guardian and signed authorization.

Scheduling & Process

What to Expect.

How do I schedule an appointment?
Call us at (833) 326-9846 or use the contact form. Every appointment begins with a consultation. We confirm the right test, answer all questions, and schedule only when everything is confirmed.
How quickly can you schedule?
In most cases within 2–5 business days. For urgent matters, same-day scheduling is available starting at $250. Call us directly for time-sensitive cases.
What happens at the collection appointment?
A trained specialist arrives at your location at the scheduled time. For legal testing, ID is verified and consent forms are completed before collection begins. Buccal cheek swabs are collected from all required parties. The entire appointment typically takes 15–30 minutes.
Do all parties need to be present at the same time?
For most tests, yes. In some cases separate appointments can be arranged. Contact us before scheduling to discuss logistics for your specific situation.
What if a party refuses to participate?
All adult parties must consent. If a party refuses, a court order may compel participation in legal cases. Contact us — we can advise on documentation that supports that process.
What is your rescheduling policy?
Rescheduling within 24 hours of a confirmed appointment incurs a $75 fee. A missed appointment or late cancellation incurs a $125 fee.
What is your refund policy?
All payments are non-refundable once testing has begun. If a recollection or additional samples are required due to biological factors, additional fees apply. We communicate clearly before any additional charges are processed.
Do I need to sign anything before testing?
Yes. All parties complete consent documentation prior to collection. For legal testing this is part of the chain-of-custody record. For minors, a legal guardian must authorize and sign on their behalf.
Results

Your Results.

How long does it take to get results?
Standard paternity and relationship testing: 3–5 business days. Prenatal paternity (NIPT): 7–10 business days. Postmortem testing: 10–15 business days. All timelines begin from the date all required samples are received by the laboratory.
How are results delivered?
Results are delivered securely by email or mail. Results are never released by phone. Legal results include full chain-of-custody documentation.
How accurate are the results?
Paternity results are typically 99.9% accurate when paternity is confirmed, or 100% exclusion when the alleged father is not the biological father. All testing is processed through our AABB- and CAP-accredited laboratory partner.
What if my results are inconclusive?
In some cases — particularly with prenatal and postmortem testing — results may be inconclusive due to biological factors outside our control. A recollection or additional sample may be required. Additional fees apply. We communicate clearly before any additional charges are processed.
Can results be sent to my attorney?
Yes. With your written authorization, results can be delivered directly to your attorney's office. This is arranged at the time of scheduling.
What do my results look like?
Results vary by test type. Contact us before or after scheduling and we will explain exactly what your documentation will include for your specific test.
